TrainingSoundHaven Limited aren’t a training company. Not in the traditional sense.
Sometimes those people are senior management. Sometimes those people are middle management. Sometimes they’re front line staff. We adapt our approach accordingly going into as much depth, or summarising the detail, as required. Whilst we’re comfortable with a classroom situation, we’re just at home on a one-to-one basis, or facilitating a discussion, or presenting to a conference room. To us, it’s all just communication. It’s all transference of knowledge. We don’t have lists of “courses”, preferring instead to develop “training” to meet the unique needs of our clients.
