To our knowledge the first option isn't legal and/or possible yet. Which might explain why one of tasks we’re frequently asked to perform is to temporarily fill a position whilst a replacement is found, or until the original occupant of the position returns. Why would you ask SoundHaven Limited to do this rather than, say, employ the services of a temp via an agency ? Because temp agencies won’t be able to supply you with anyone with our level of experience, expertise or knowledge. Not within the time scales that you need them.
