We’re fairly certain that Fair Isaac would like to be known, amongst other things, as “the TRIAD people”. So it was with some surprise that a client once referred to us, SoundHaven Limited, as “those TRIAD people”.

Whilst surprising, it’s not so hard to see how someone could reach that conclusion.
